Recently I've taken up an addiction. I can't stop breathing. Some people don't understand how addictive oxygen is, I keep telling myself, one more breath, then I'll stop, but it's gotten to the point where I start to suffocate if I stop breathing. Please let me know if any of you are or has gone through what I am.

I'm sorry to say this, but there is no cure to your dilemma. You are stuck breathing to the point you'll do it automatically. There is no way to reverse this.
